A black shawl covered her head and part of her face.sunglasses hid the rest. She slunk along the corridors, intent on finding her prey. She waited out of sight until the nurse left her station to answer a patient's call light. Finally, Dixie dear, Mitzi cackled to herself, slowly pushing open the door to her room, you really didn't think you'd get away that easy, smirking evilly as she advanced on the sleeping form of her twin.

"Hey, Kel, wait up!" Dr. Mike Morton said as Kel hurried to the elevator. "I need you to take a look at a patient in Treatment 2 if you've got a minute."
Kel glanced impatiently at his watch, anxious to be with Dixie and make plans for their future now that everything was out in the open. "What about Joe? Can he help you out?" he questioned with another glance at his watch.
Mike shook his head, "No, he didn't look well earlier and he went home.said he had some personal business to take care of."
Kel sighed, turning away from the elevator, "Lead the way, Doctor."
